Young Entrepreneurs Academy Students,

Welcome to the Young Entrepreneurs Academy Class of YEAR! We are delighted that you are here and look forward to an exciting year!

Ralph Waldo Emerson said, “Our chief want is someone who will inspire us to be what we know we could be.” We believe each of you has an idea of what you could be. We believe you have high, yet attainable aspirations. We applaud you for your willingness to strive to achieve that goal, and hope to help you become your ideal through the experiences you will have in this academy.

Throughout the upcoming year, you will have wonderful opportunities and difficult challenges. We realize that being entrepreneurial is not always easy. Yet we believe, as you believe, that the difficulties you may encounter are worth the end results.

“Do not go where the path may lead, go instead where there is no path and leave a trail,” said Emerson. Entrepreneurs “leave trails” as they transform ideas into enterprises that create value. Because of this, you, as entrepreneurs, have an opportunity to make significant differences in this world.

At the Young Entrepreneurs Academy, you will learn some of the essential skills needed to make this positive impact. The business, leadership, presentation, and social skills you develop in this academy will be useful to you throughout your lives as you continue to positively impact your community through your endeavors.

We hope you will enjoy this unique and exciting experience, and look forward to watching you develop and launch your meaningful enterprises!

We wish you much success, and cheer you on to do your best!
